HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I read the 5 star reviews, but they MUST be because the practice offers a gift card if you give them a good review. (so beware) A dog ran at me when I came in. it was called back into an office in the back, and no one addressed it???? i like dogs, but seems unhygienic in a dentist office. and what if i was afraid of dogs??? i had an appointment booked for weeks at 6pm so i could go after work, and i was called SEVERAL times that day saying they could offer me an earlier time, which i said i couldnt do every time. I felt like such an inconvenience there. the front desk woman didnt even look at me (i felt like i had been keeping them there and they just wanted to go home) the hygienist was THE WORST experience i have EVER had. i do not believe she passed school and would seriously suggest an investigation there. x-rays were impossible, i dont think she knew what she was doing. and then she scrubbed my gums for 20 seconds HARD and tried to floss, but couldnt get it inbetween some teeth and then literally just stopped (so flossed 1/3 of my teeth). it was SO WEIRD i just wanted it to end. Doctor was fine. looked for a second and said i was fine to go. she

Dr. Malik is absolutely the best Dentist in Philadelphia. She will explain you the entire process & will pick up even the smallest of cavities on your X-rays before they become a big concern. The staff is very welcoming always. She gives correct guidance and will work with your level of anxiety very patiently. Any dental concerns I will absolutely trust her.

I was very upset at my time here. I came for my first visit as I was told I needed a root canal. The dental assistant was opening all the sanitized equipment bare hands with no gloves and I’m not sure what the standard of practice is but if the tools are sterilized and going in my mouth I would hope that it is handled properly. In addition, the doctor started my procedure and numbed me. When i had alerted her I wasn’t numb and I felt it, it was as if I was a nuisance to her. Instead of numbing me more she told me I had to go home and I wasn’t able to complete the procedure because I was β€œtoo anxious” to proceed. I have two comments to make about this 1. I was not β€œtoo anxious” I’ve had prior root canals and knew what to expect. Also who isn’t a little worried about their dentist appointment 2. I know how anesthesia should would and it was just not properly injected. In the end I’m very happy with how things ended because I’m glad she didn’t complete my procedure. I went to a proper location where they had no problem numbing me and making sure I was comfortable. I will not recommend anyone to come here. Another comment is I find it unprofessional that you have your small dog ba

I had an excellent experience at Nicholas Cosmetic Dental. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and patientβ€”especially with children. The pediatric dental care here is truly outstanding. They take time to explain every step, make kids feel comfortable, and ensure treatments are pain-free. The staff is friendly, the clinic is very clean, and appointments always run on time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional and caring dental care for both adults and kids.

AVOID at all costs. Unethical billing practices, A dentist who goes from warm to cold and an unhelpful and apathetic office manager make this practice one I will NEVER return to. I had been seeing Dr Malek for about two years, and have some dental issues. I require a gum graft and can sometimes be inconsistent with cleanings due to sometimes struggling with my mental health. However, Dr Malek was initially personable when I was a new patient, then was harsh and impersonal when I returned to her practice for my cleaning. Then - I was informed that "my insurance wasn't covering the procedures I had at the right percentage" In reality, Nicholas Cosmetic had gone out of network for MetLife and no one at the practice informed me - nor was I informed when I first started their as a patient. Of course, I'd already made my way to their office, wasting my time and their time. When I said it would have been nice to receive a phone call prior to my appointment the office manager mumbled some snarky retort and was unhelpful. Further, I have concerns about the quality of work on my teeth. For months, a filling affected my bite which I've never experienced before. Then recently, floss got stu
